LET THEM TALK

"No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.” Isaiah 54:17

We live in a world today where many people seem to be concerned with what others think and say about them. They allow the comments of others dictate their mood for the entire day and influence the decisions they make. This may be true for those 'in the world' but shouldn't be for us, children of the King. I say, let them talk.

The scripture tells us what will happen to any tongue that rises against you and I in judgment. The person who uses his/her tongue in judgment against us will be proven wrong.

As we go about our daily lives, living it for the LORD, doing what He requires of us, touching lives with our voice, putting smiles on the faces of people, lending a helping hand, encouraging others and praying for one another, people will marvel and would be inspired to follow God.

Some people will look at you and wonder how you can have so much peace in the midst of seemingly unfavourable circumstances, others will watch and wait to see if what you are believing God for will come to pass, while a few others might just attempt to set traps of temptation and failure, hoping you would fall, but eventually, they would be ensnared in the trap they set.

Regardless of what others do, your confidence should always be in God.

Therefore, do not be bothered about what people say about you, and do not be concerned with the number of “likes” you get or don't get on your pictures, posts or comments on social media. The only thing that matters is what Your Father in Heaven thinks about you. Be sure that all of His thoughts towards you are good! (Jeremiah 29:11)

Stay Blessed!!
